## How to Spot Real Mushroom Supplements
Use this BS-filter when you shop:
- **Source material named plainly**: fruiting body vs mycelium on grain. We use fruiting bodies only.
- **COA by batch**: identity + heavy metals + micro. Ours available upon request.
- **Beta-glucans > vague “polysaccharides”**: grain starch inflates polysaccharide %; beta-glucans are what matter.
- **No fillers**: skip maltodextrin and hidden starches.
- **Extraction method disclosed**: we state water extract, batch by batch.
- **Straight labels**: real mg per serving, serving size, and ingredients.
